Service Description:

The Project Taprobana is a private sector-led digital nomad settlement program in Sri Lanka. Taprobana provides a platform for digital nomads to explore, experience, and connect in Sri Lanka. Our services include visa support, facilitating accommodation arrangements, travel assistance, networking events, and cultural experiences.


Taprobana shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, or damages incurred during your stay or participation in our events or experiences. We encourage you to obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover any unexpected situations.


You agree to indemnify and hold Taprobana, its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our website or services.

Intellectual Property:

All content and materials on our website, including but not limited to logos, graphics, and text, are the intellectual property of Taprobana and are protected by copyright laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Refund Policy:

Once you confirm your participation and make the payment for our services, please be aware that we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations. Our team invests significant time, effort, and resources to ensure a successful visa application process on your behalf, and the non-refundable policy is in place to sustain our commitment to all clients.

Visa Denial Exception

We understand that visa denials can be an unfortunate outcome despite our best efforts. In such cases, we are committed to providing a 90% refund of your payment within 7 working days. We will promptly process the refund to minimize any inconvenience you may face due to the denial incident.

Cancellation and Changes:

While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, please note that any cancellations of changes to bookings or registrations will not be eligible for a refund. If you encounter any issues, kindly contact our support team at project@taprobana.life for assistance.

However, we are glad to assist you in any unforeseen circumstance by changing your travel dates. We do not allow substitute primary applicant unless the new primary applicant was already a dependent on the initial application.

Transparency and Communication:

Throughout the process, we will keep you informed about the status of your visa application and any relevant updates from the Sri Lanka immigration and emigration department. Our priority is to provide you with clarity and open communication.


Taprobana reserves the right to update, modify, or change these conditions and terms at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.


Project Taprobana by Curatalent is solely operated by Curatalent Private Limited, Sri Lanka. This project does not collaborate with government entities or other private companies or organizations, unless otherwise stated on this website. We do not hold any responsibility for damage or loss caused by persons or businesses outside of Curatalent Private Limited.
